I received a flyer on my doorstep today indicating that 20 Foliage in QH sold for $25K more than the recent comp... Can anyone confirm the closed price per MLS?

I received a flyer on my doorstep today indicating that 20 Foliage in QH sold for $25K more than the recent comp... Can anyone confirm the closed price per MLS?

Edit - The last sale on 20 Foliage was back on 6/18/04 for $851,500. The owner got a first mortgage of $650,000 to buy the property and got a cash-out with a first mortgage of $720,000 on 7/1/05. There hasn't been a listing or sale in MLS for that property since that time.

The property records don't indicate a transaction either, but it may be that the system hasn't been updated yet. I'll take a peek at it next month.
