If it does go through, the buyer is a giant sucker. There is literally an approved short sale down the street listed for $100,000 less that has 200+ more square feet.

I've mentioned it before, there are some buyers out there who have more money than they do financial common sense.  I wouldn't buy that home even with NonFCB's money.

It puzzled me why I would give you my money for your purchase. Don't you know I only buy short sales and foreclosures that are 10-20% under comp?

Yeah dude, those properties you scored on Park Place, and Boardwalk were awesome. If only you could get the Electric Company, and the Water Works you'd have a real strong position.

How is it related to you again? Why are you feeling so insecure around me and want to attack me with all kind of bullshit and nonsense?

Dude I'm not attacking you. I was hoping to score a sweet stay at Boardwalk or Parkplace. The best I've been to so far is Pennsylvania Avenue.

Don?t you have better things to do than cyberstalking? I thought you already had lots of fun lecturing other TI members your Econ 101, Fundamental 101 and bragging your credentials and your West Africa ventures like a celebrity.
