By "zombies" do you mean the Fed?

Actually, in the case of a Z-Day... all real estate becomes worthless because money is worthless. But the real estate axiom "Location, location, location" becomes quite valuable (hence my Quail Hill obsession). Although... Laguna Altura with only two entrances and gated community would probably be "worth" more.
