I know we have a "2000 Things to Say" topic....so I thought I'd start another for the Junior Varsity ! %-P



It has recently come to my attention, the one Mr. <strong>No-Vaseline</strong> has reached this milestone and has rightfully claimed his McMansion status.



I would like to thank No-Vas for all of his contributions, great to have you here buddy !



Oh, and Pat Veling is a donkey.

Glad to see you hit 1500 LL, and you have definitely added some great ones in those 1500. Just think by the weekend you can add to the 2000 things to say thread.

Yes, both LL and No_Vas have added many a great comments to IHB. It is great to have members like them, that both are not afraid to ask questions or speak their minds. I dunno what I would do without my down on the streets level of the Space Coast homedebtor legal front or my messing with sasquatch posts. I know I am normally sarcastic, but I sincerely enjoy reading your posts, and I hope you keep them coming. You both rock!



Hopefully one day LL can make it out here to get to meet some of us. I know I would like to meet her. Seeing as how CR is here in OC, then that could be motivation enough for her.

I don't always know if what I have to say is interesting the

Irvine Housing Blog. but I figure Fla is bubblicious and it's sort

of contrast and compare.



We have low salaries and you have high ones.



Our Cubans are very well educated and/or trained, and in fact

the most successful immigrant group in history, having made it

to parity in half a generation.



Which unfortunately can't be said about about either my ancestors,

or many of your hispanic groups.



We are both tourist destinations.



Say is there going to be an estate higher than custom if someone reaches

Actually, my fingers are fine, but I think I have a mild case of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in my left hand. I think it's a sign that I'm on IHB too much. :coolsmirk:

Maybe you can dictate to Panda over the phone and he can type it for you. For every question Panda asks, he has to take 1 hour of dictation from Graph. I can picture Graph lounging in a recliner with a cold beverage sitting in front of two TVs - one for the news and one for sports. He'll have the speaker phone on while dictating to Panda his latests rants - I mean posts.
