The Derby Deli & Dueling Piano Bar in Mission Viejo is hosting the ?West Coast Hot Dog Eating Contest? this Sunday Oct. 25 at 11 a.m.



The top dog, so to speak, wins $1,000 for devouring the most dogs in 24 non-consecutive minutes without puking. Entry fee is $25. Participants can register at the restaurant.



Rules: <strong>No vomiting</strong>. No age limit.

I'm pretty sure I could win this, but I also think all that salt would spike my blood pressure so high it'd look like the opening scene from Blade.
 
I can see an oppourtunity to - as a spectator - consume three gallons of red koolaid in the parking lot right before this starts and totally ruin somebodys promotion.
