    We chosen LV over Sevilla. For us, LV builder TM is better, LV floor plan flows better, decent size backyard, SFR vs Condo..

    I visited over the weekend, didnt ask about the next phases but did get an update on phase 2 move in, the updated move in are looking at late sept or early oct... They look like they are moving along quite nicely.

    if you worry about this or that... you will never find a place to stay.  If it does not have any of the above then you will be paying a huge premium.  Pick a place, live there, its about who you live with more than where you live.

    Its clean, the restaurants, he is not thinking about school yet, and the overall feel, I personally cant think of any other cities, but looking at the top locations in ca to live list, yorba linda always seems to be up there..  Never personally spent much time there, expect the visit to nixon...

    A friend came into town and fell in love with Irvine, but his family just can not afford the living standards here, mostly the housing.  Can you guys suggest an alternative to Irvine? Brea? Yorba Linda?  and what makes it similar to Irvine, thanks.

    The plan 2 balcony is actually off the upstairs hallway rather than the bedroom in plan 1, its works out better for us as it adds light to the hallways, and we feel its safer as it will not be in the kids bedroom.  I'm stoked!
