    It's a detached condo with attached 2 car garage. A 1000sqr feet 2b2B apartment with one car garage rent is around 1900-2100 nearby (Portola Place) A 2B2B apartment rate is usually 1600-2100 by the Irvine Company depending on location, garage and washer/dryer available or not.

    I bought it 2 years ago around 380k and my mortage is 2.875%. Also PS lowed HOA to 248 and MR is also lowed to 3400.  That's why my monthly cost is around 2200.

    Compared with LA plan 2 and Stonegate plan 3, all are around lower 900k. Which one is the best deal? This one has some view and quail hill premium but smaller than the newer homes. It is the cheapest Tapestry community house in QH. Tax+Hoa+MR are nearly same for these properties. Any suggestions?

    Comparing maricopa plan 1 and plan 2, what do you think? Is $70,000 reasonable for the difference? I like plan 2, but paying $70,000 without having one more bedroom? I hope they will lowered plan 2 price. But it seems they are selling plan 2 well too. They converted plan 3 to plan 1 and plan 2 now.
