Which model did you buy in OH if you dont mind? I am still debating if we should buy there. como with view price is so crazy. terra without a view is not so attractive compared to larger house in Eastwood since they have the same school district.

It's a detached condo with attached 2 car garage. A 1000sqr feet 2b2B apartment with one car garage rent is around 1900-2100 nearby (Portola Place) A 2B2B apartment rate is usually 1600-2100 by the Irvine Company depending on location, garage and washer/dryer available or not.

What do you mean a center island? We went there too, but we did not see it. The mater bath room is almost the same size as LA plan 2 or stonegate plan 2.

Compared with LA plan 2 and Stonegate plan 3, all are around lower 900k. Which one is the best deal? This one has some view and quail hill premium but smaller than the newer homes. It is the cheapest Tapestry community house in QH. Tax+Hoa+MR are nearly same for these properties. Any suggestions?

Comparing maricopa plan 1 and plan 2, what do you think? Is $70,000 reasonable for the difference? I like plan 2, but paying $70,000 without having one more bedroom? I hope they will lowered plan 2 price. But it seems they are selling plan 2 well too. They converted plan 3 to plan 1 and plan 2 now.
