Anyone has experience living in Coto de Caza?  Very nice homes with good size lots, many have views.  Price per sq/ft is in the mid $200.  Local schools have pretty good ratings from GreatSchools.com and low students to teacher ratios.  Location wise, it will take some time to get to freeways...

I just went through the pre-qualification process.  It took only a few days if you have all your paper work ready.  Wells Fargo is already underwriting my loan, even though I may no indication that I will purchase in the opening phase.  Is this a normal process?
