HOA says it does not allow charcoal or open fire grills. Does this include propane? Also, how strict is this? If I have a small charcoal grill, would it really matter? Seems pretty ridiculous

Anybody know how often US News/etc does school rankings? Portola High has been around for a couple of years and they are still unranked. I would imagine the ranking to be pretty good (although not as good as, University High) Thinking of where to send my daughter to school
