I actually thought Genoa models were the worst i've seen out of all the new development homes. Luckily for them, they had the most big lots at the time which is probably why they sold but floor plans weren't great and the models were just as bad, at least my opinion

Sunset Cove i believe has motor court homes that sold for over $3million and no view. so a private road for 4 million with more sq footage and a View isn't too far fetched.

I know someone in cetara who paid for the insulation upgrade who came to later find out it wasn?t installed. I believe they hired a contractor to inspect all the walls and come to find out it was never installed.

If that sells anywhere near 2.5, thats going to mess up a lot of comps in that area
