Hey TI Folks, I just bought a new house and paid the builder for the Gas Stub to connect to my gas grill.  But I have no idea how to do this.  Does anyone know how to do this or have a handy man suggestion that does this type of work?  Thank you all in advance.

Thanks AlexG.  How difficult would this be to get done?  Does a general contractor need to rip out the ceiling drywall below the upstairs bathrooms?

Does any builder use iron drain stack pipes?  Is this something a buyer of a new home can request as an upgrade?

Is it normal to hear toilet flushing noise downstairs whenever someone flushes from the upstairs bathroom?  It is kinda embarrassing when you have people over visiting.  Anyway to fix this issue?

Tustin does not equal $467/sf value.  $467/sf is Irvine level.  Tustin should be around $350 to $400 (max). 

Is it typical to have a final walkthrough the day before the projected close of escrow date?  I don't want to close escrow if I find stuff that needs repair.  Is this typical process for newly constructed homes?  Thanks for your help.

Yes, First American Title.  They said if I choose to opt out my cost would be even more higher because I would lose the "bundle" price.  This sounds like a big scam to me. 

I'm buying a brand new constructed home in Stonegate and was wondering if I needed to buy an Owner's Title Policy.  Is this really necessary?  It is costing me nearly $1100.  Was wondering what others are doing.  Thanks. 

Detached SFR Homes in OH 3 with 2,500 sf or less will start at $1.5MM with small lots and no views.  Larger lots and views will command starting prices at a base of $1.8MM and up.  That is my prediction.
