Thanks for the advice guys. After talking it over with my wife I decided to take the job and see how the commute is. My new employer is letting me come in between 5-8 AM which is very nice of them. There is no reason why we have to buy next year so we may just rent and see. Thanks again.

I forgot to mention that the wife works in Orange and it would be hard for her to relocate considering the economic crisis right now. So Im looking for areas that are somewhere in between. I work in health care. Im a clinical lab specialist.
