Well, here's another question. I was wondering if the location these town homes are located in are in a reasonable area? I know, I ask too much! The price is right, and I'm just worried again that the price is cheap because it's in a horrible area.

Well, it seems that at least these homes fit into my budget. In general, is KB Homes a quality builder? I don't want to pay for a crummy house, no matter how cheap it is. And is Placentia a nice enough area in Orange County? Thanks.
