    Those are the reasons why I am buying in Irvine. I dont really care about the school district. The schools are a factor (maybe), but definitely not #1. All my buddies buying homes in Irvine dont really care about the school district either.

    Looks like copies of the Santa Maria (Stonegate) floor plans. Santa Maria Plan 1 started at low 400s. Entrata Plan 1 starts at low 600s. I wonder how these would sell.
