Greenlight was recently sold to Nationstar.  Nationstar is trying to buy every loan or servicing right they can. Can't imagine layoffs at Greenlight at this point.  Cash call would be a different story.

Solar panels for Saratoga are either 13k or 16k depending if 6 or 8 panels (SunPower) are installed.  They buyer does not have a choice in the number of panels, rather the installer determines how much sun will be available and picks the number of panels.  There should be 3k federal tax credit...

no drive way or sidewalk in front. so technically a motorcourt, however they are not 3 deep per short motor court.  it's set more like real road.

I stopped by today.  Was the only non Asian and only person they didn't ask if cash or new loan.  Half of first release (6 lots) were reserved before I was there at 11am. plan 1 were 665k or 675k depending on lot.  Plan 2 was 705k and plan 2x (on the corners) were 720k or 730k. These are not...

Does anyone know where Ventanas is in their sales process?  We liked the houses a lot, however wife prefers Stonegate location.  Will check out Saratoga this weekend.  Does anyone know where pricing will likely come in for Saratoga?

Of course nothing in the size we are looking at and price range.  Ugh.  Low inventory is driving buyers like myself to consider all the new home construction.  Almost looks like a good deal...

Thanks for the update USC.  Does anyone know how well LV is selling these days?  My wife wants to check them out again this week.  I know they were offering incentives for homes built but not yet sold.  Is this still the case?
