Maybe if the improvements were any good they might be worth something. You're not allowed to have any freestanding flagpole anywhere on your property. The new owner will have to spend $$$ to have it removed.
101 has a more usable side yard, it's deeper than 139 back yard. 101 also has a better cul de sac with fewer neighbors. Even the number 101 is better. But the pickleball noise alone is worth 1M imo.
Depends on the corner lot. View lot implies there's no one directly behind you looking into your backyard. If you can get a corner lot that has no one behind you then that is 🤌
Looks like Toll Brothers Great Park is doing the same design. A traditional layout but with no driveway. That is so bad. So lame. Another way to give customers an inferior product to squeeze out more margin.
Talked to an appraiser, he said the first thing you look at is which side of the street the lot is on. That alone might not be worth 1 million or it might be worth a lot more.
