Have yet to try Silverlake Ramen, what do you think of it compared to HiroNori?

Has anyone been? Wonder how it compares to Marble in Woodbury, premium K-town KBBQ places like Genwa. The cocktail presentation caught my eye in particular, as there’s not a lot of trendy cocktail places in Irvine.

I’ve seen TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Ross all on the same shopping plazas in Torrance and I think Costa Mesa as well. I’m sure people will continue to just bargain hunt store to store for the most part.

They might as well add in-home elevators with these 3-story builds to make it more practical 😂

Among them, the rise in tri level floor plans with no living space on the first floor has been distasteful and less practical. Who wants 14-20 steps to enter their living space/great room? The magical Tetris combo to increase sq ft and price along with more units!

Haven’t smelled anything over by the Portola Community Center area of PS. I would think only the homes closer to Sand Canyon or 133. Guessing Stonegate and Eastwood Village would also get some of it.

Pavilion Park is definitely nice. The SFRs have a little more charm, character, and rustic vibe (I especially like the brick facades on some) and there seems to be more developed trees in front of homes than other areas of GP.

A lot of newer PS has great city views where you can see the orange ballon at GP, out to Signal Hill etc. Not sure if anywhere in OH has that panoramic city view. I agree with others, why not Shady Canyon if paying those exorbant prices lol
