    Sub $2M homes are still selling quite well. Sub $2.5M homes are a bit more difficult to sell, but can still sell if priced correctly. $2.5M+ homes are very difficult to sell.

    This is pretty much the best time to buy. Housing market is usually at its slowest and lowest from Aug to Jan. Spring time is when it starts picking up and peaks around April to end of May.

    I'm happy the Dodgers pulled it off, but I felt bad for the Blue Jays players, except for that cheater George Springer. Yamamoto was insane. He pitched the most innings out of all the Dodgers in Game 7, after 96 pitches in Game 6. He had 3 out of the Dodgers' 4 wins, all on the road.

    The Eastvale homes are right next to Eastvale Elementary. Traffic is going to be bad on Orange St since that's where parents are dropping off their kids at the Elementary AND River Heights Intermediate as well. To avoid that traffic, residents would need to turn detour by turn right on Orange St.

    AFAIK, the courts close way before bedtime. Might be opened early in the morning, though. IIRC, when the park first opened, the courts were only open to 7pm. There was a petition to extend the time. Don't know how that went.

    I'm refinancing my 5.875% 7/6 ARM to 5.375% 7/6 ARM, using the $1M relationship program, which knocked off 0.5%, same as what I did when I closed escrow last July.
