Lot 6 is actually Genoa. It's deceiving, backyard is still very small. Majority of that lot is a FRONT YARD.

Whats the deal with Lambert Ranch? From what I can tell, seems like a nice neighborhood, gated and no Mello Roos even though HOA is about $400/month. You can get a good amount of house compared to a lot of the surrounding areas. I noticed Lambert Ranch houses sit longer on the market. What gives?
