Neighborhood 2 - Corte Bella - sold out, Strada and the Condos are almost sold out, Terrazza should be sold out by the end of the year, but not built out, townhomes will probably go into 2017. Neighborhood 1 (Original Groves/Gated Area) still has the communities above (Models open next month?)...

Neighborhood 2 will be just about completed by the end of this year...

I walked through the Trevi's recently and if I remember right, they were in the 3 million range?

@Anteater Bruin - My guess is the Terrazza 2X homes that will be built at the top with the single loaded streets will be priced below 1.1. I'm not sure what your move-in timeline is, but Terrazza should be sold out by the end of the year. Good luck with your search!

I'm not 100% sure, but I hike the Orchard Hills Trail to the Groves Resort Park quite often and I believe there will be a trail head from Vicenza. The trail head is currently in a construction zone that should open once future homes are built...I'd ask the sales office for confirmation.

Orchard Hills School is a 5 minute walk from Terrazza. The school is slated as a K-8, but is currently used for grades 5-8. Hicks Elementary is the current K-4 school for Terrazza which is approximately 1.5 miles down the road. But, I've heard that Orchard Hills School will fully expand to K-8...
