    <p>Just ran across the LA Times link.. Just enter the zip code and it will give you the comparison in the last 12 months by count and buy percentage. I thought it would be fun to keep track of the numbers for the next couple years. I have never posted a link on here but I hope it will work...

    Thanks terago. I actually drove by the 2nd one a few weeks ago. Circular Panorama is kinda isolated. I think if I live there and have a party, most of my friends would get lost . The first one looks pretty nice but I think if I wait another year or 2, I can pick and choose. Thanks!

    I signed up at catalisthomes.com and you can search for properties by zip codes. Check the "Sold" box and it will give you sold properties in the last 120 days. I follow one neighborhood in Tustin Ranch very closely and the homes sold in that neighborhood showed up on the list pretty quick...
