Called this week they said they aren't in phase 4 yet. Maybe in the next 3-4 weeks? Not sure if the sales guy was exaggerating to sell off the current homes. Know there are 2 or so plan twos and 1 plan 3 left. Not sure about plan 1.

Like Village People, my husband really likes Woodbury but the resale prices are still so very high and there aren't many new developments that fit our needs. The hoa right now for Stonegate is only ~110 while the assocation costs for Woodbury are 300. Will Stonegate eventually cost 300 as well...

HOA did not pay for it. It was considered the responsibility of the home owner. It cost ~5K. :( Sadly we don't have insurance that covers the inside of the house. Not sure if we were ripped off since we only had one quote and they sort of backed us into a corner by charging 500 to get a detailed...

Not sure. We don't have an attached garage. The plummers peeled up the carpet, and jack-hammered the concrete to get to the pipe that was leaking. They said it had to do with bad water and it should of last us another 25 years?

Talked to the Sales People at San Mateo. Found out you can wash your car there however you must do it in the garage! They have a hose hookup. Interesting...Maybe that's why there is a gutter instead of a sidewalk? Can you wash your car at Stonegate East?
