Does the HOA architectural guidelines mention anything about shed?  If not then just don't tell them.  You may want a portable one just in case you need to get rid or upsize.

Good point and from the pictures it doesn't look like a 1900 sf house.  Maybe the sf is incorrect.  Hard to imagine that it's still sitting on the market at that price.

Aquabliss, you need a pool in your big backyard.  For your reference, we wanted to do similar water fountain minus the pots so the water just spilled from the raised planter face.  The cost quoted was $14,000 for 20' x 2' water section and 3' high planter.  The cost can be discounted...

Does anyone know what future developments are planned for Irvine until it is completely built out?  I know Hidden Canyon and Northwood Paseo are in the works but there must be more.  I was only able to find the attached 2010-2020 map from previous thread and PA boundaries from City website.
