    Cetara in those early phases looks like a super bargain compare to these Ravello homes.  Those Cetara view lot buyers in early phases already have an incremental million dollar equity even after landscaping.

    Haha.  Yup.  It was a great location.  Park/no house on the back, 3 minute walk to the school/park.  Stonegate was so barebone back then.  Now after trees have grown, it's so much nicer with lush landcape and easy access to the Jeffrey trail.

    I think the hype/popularity at Cetara is driving up traffic and sales at Palermo tract as well.  I think Palermo sales picked up after Cetara grand opening or is it more availability of jumbo loans?

    $3 million starting base price??  Seems to be in the WTF thread.  Maybe it's for the Ravello Model homes or sales rep. mis-poke as being starting at $2mm.  Currently, they start at high $1mms.  View premium can't be that much.

    It's more like Capella to Vicenza, but little higher.  Less elevation then Trevi to Saviero.  Once its all done, probably sky line view from the Great Room and patio, but you will see rooftops from 2nd half of the backyard.
