looking for a sfr with a decent lot (6000+) for about 400k

I know there have been many topics about other cities but I have not found one about MV. As stated some parts of MV are getting really close to rental parity and I might consider moving there. Can people please clue me int to the areas to aim for or stay away from or general opinions of MV.

I just say legalize it all then we can regulate it and tax the hell out of it.

as long as the closets or storage are part of a bedroom or an interior living space it is included in the sq ft so yes storage under the stairs would be part of the sq ft.
