Years ago, the plan was to have custom homes in the strawberry fields north of Portola, west of Jeffrey.  Don't know if that plan has changed.  There is also suppose to be some custom homes in the new PA-5 area.

I see the back of it walking hicks canyon trail.  5 or 6 houses from the end, elevated above path, no back neighbors in your business.  Opposite side of trail was the strawberry fields making way for more housing.

Wine refrigerators are superb.  Go for sub zero, built in are the best.  So happy with ours.

TIC will tell you to call the school district.  They each have a map.  Terrazza is all TUSD.  Strada is split.  Different lots 19-77 TUSD.  Lots 1-18 and 78-224 IUSD.  Call yourself and get them to fax you.

Strada will be split in half with TUSD and IUSD.  You have to ask which lot.  Doesn't bode well for this particular sub-development IMO.  Orchard Hills estate homes that go to IUSD  will be in at some point.  The ones in the strawberry fields above Potola near Jeffrey.  Will make that area grow...

If you see a need, you cannot assume that the city will fill it.  The builders will fight against it unless you email or go to city council meetings.  Don't assume someone else will see your need.  Present facts and be respectful and guess what...they would rather side with you than the builders...

Send emails to city council members, all builders and the Childcare Committee in Irvine.  If they do not sense a need for high quality childcare, they will not save land that could be used for homes or retail.  Make your voice heard or they will not just know there is a need.

Paid for it all since lease was more but the company owns and maintains equipment.  Yeah....we have lots of fun electrical equip.
