i heard ellwood is charging ridiculous rates for solar upgrades, anyone has ever done a new home solar with any irvine home builders recently? i thought solar market is well saturated by now, it is suppose to be cheap to add solar, am i missing info here?

@IHS.  Seems you know the ancient Irvine better than most of us here. Most people bought in Irvine end up putting it on market for resale sooner or later. Where do you see people moving to after they sell?

as most of us living in irvine with a tiny little backyard right next to our neighbor's home (zero lot), i want to know other than getting rich and buying a 10M home, how did you cope and solve the issue where your neighbor is peeking through their second floor window into your backyard?
