Those ceilings look great, as does the house in general. Although I think it would get pretty hot in summer. Houses not getting too hot is something that newer houses do significantly better than older ones.

That terrace looks pretty amazing and all the upgrades are very tasteful. There is some room to move, but I wouldn't say it is a "WTF" price.

Plan 1 has the best entrance, but dining space in the kitchen might be a turn off for some. Plan 3 is probably the best, the downstairs bedroom is pretty small but big enough for guests I am sure. Plan 2 has some "interesting" design choices, but the master bed/bath and walk-in are very spacious.

Has anyone tried doing their landscaping themselves? If so, how complicated did you attempt? Did you try to lay pavers, tiles, build a bbq or even a pergola?

They have three properties available right now, but two of them have huge lot premiums. The last price sheet should still be valid because there hasn't been a phase release since. Anything against Alton will have a large lot premium because of the views and no neighbors behind.
