It's true we had all those concerns.  We were able to get an inner lot further away from the toll.  Messina is next to the courtyard homes not vicenza.  We still do not like being below trevi and capella but in the end we made compromises to get the floorplan and lot size we like.  I think...

Way off IMO.  In my neighborhood one home is being sold for 1.7.  Comps over past year from 1.65 to 1.8. zestimate is 1.43.  Redfin at 1.61.  Not sure how zillow is making these numbers up.
