+1 for paver driveway.  We don't really like our travertine patio.  It only looks nice when it is wet or after acid wash.  The rest of the time the color looks dull.

My friends had the same situation and was told by the principal at IUSD school that it was not possible to hold back their kid regardless how close the cutoff date was to the kid's birth date.  TUSD allows the flexibility.

That's my concern too.  If I bring an agent does that mean the builder's agent is not collecting 2% (random pick) to 'represent' the buyer?  If that's the case then it's better to not bring an agent and thus get prioritized on the list. 

Does anybody know how much broker co-op is being offered for Hidden Canyon?  We are interested in the community (although a long shot) and are considering bringing an agent for commission rebate.
