Personally, I like the loft at the top of the stairs in plan 1.  Having it makes the 2nd floor feel more inviting and spacious.

I don't know since I was not there.  I am relaying what was told to me.

I did not personally tour the property, but my mom did this morning.  She said the floor is travertine, nice kitchen and bathroom backsplahes, and plantation shutters.  Everything else look standard.

Montecito floor plans looks nice.  Where are they located in Woodbury?

Personally, I don't mind the motorcourts as long as the front door does not opens up to the shared driveway such as in San Mateo.  The only villages I know of that has this type of setup is in Woodbury and Quail Hill.

I have a backup offer for a detached condo in Woodbury.  Hopefully, my lucky star is/will be shining this year.
