So you're saying even though the descriptions of the 2 mello-roos says it's going toward schools, they are mostly going for infrastructure?

I responded to this message, particularly the mello roos, because i don't think it's funny or amusing.  If I am charged for that, the school system better get something out of it.

I think the ratio of low income to non-low income is still pretty low.  Also the fairly high number of expensive homes should offset the effects from the low income housing.

Yeah, but last I checked, the school system there isn't all that great, and that Indian? couple specially mentioned school system.

West LA is a lot cooler on average than Irvine.  Morning marine layer during summer months aren't unusual, and the breeze are usually cooler.

Expensive?

You mean... The impact of the last recession was so deep and broad, no place was unaffected. The number of homeless, hungry and uninsured schoolchildren has grown sharply in Orange County schools, even in districts like Irvine.

My hardwood buffet, trunk/coffee table and small console table from C&B & PB are still in great condition after 7 years...granted I wax/polish them once a year.  Even my engineered wood book case from C&B are almost new after 8 years.  I ordered a sectional sofa from PB a couple of months ago...

That's if you go for the extra bedroom.  I wonder why they would offer that and who would get it.........  :-\
