    Cox versus ATT U-verse

    added benefit of COX is HD channels directly from the cox cable (if you have at least one box in the house).  Limited basic cable channels but at least you don't need an extra cable box if you don't want it.

    The starting price for San Marino is in the Mid 900,000's.  I don't think these are zero-lot lines b/c there is a ground floor window on both sides of almost every plan. The models are almost partly done.  They are right across from the pocket park. There is a lot of lots left it that area...

    That the only place left in woodbury for a SFR.  The plans look just like modified sonoma 2 and 3 plans.  Does Irvine Pacific actually build their own homes or due they contract out that work - I still think they hired to sonoma builders to build for them.

    The wall around Monticeto II is very ugly.  Even with trees it will still be an eye sore.  I'm supprised the Woodbury board approved it. One of the nice features of Woobury was the openess.  Instead of walls you have houses/condos on the street (for the most part)

    I got that info from the sonoma sales office.  But you might be right about Irvine pacific b/c - TIC will be the owners and sellers of the homes though Tripointe will just be doing the building
