I think people that don't get a loan mod will just squat because they believe they are entitled to a loan mod. Some will give up and short sale though. Extend and pretend seems to be the popular choice in this "economic rebound"

I have a friend that bought over in PS back in late 06/early 07. His wife and him are already looking in another area where there is more young family activity such as Woodbury, Ladera, Columbus Grove, etc.
