    Tustin Open Houses

And 558 Orion gets postponed (again) til mid February. That will make it a year since the NOD date. At least 15 months of non payment. Just FYI, there are 11 properties just in the neighboring streets that are in some stage of foreclosure including an NTS against 560 Orion Rd. right next...

    2010 Irvine New Home Collection

must say this topic has brought some life to the forums. I will say I'm not a fan of these homes one bit but I do think they will sell because people in their their 20's and 30's or whatever don't remember prices ever being low. Not to mention compared to the crappy inventory levels out there...

    Deals Thread (non-restaurant)

Not sure how this compares but my PS2's dvd player finally started sucking (can't believe that it lasted me from 2001) and I was going to pick up a cheap one for my room but couldn't justify spending 50 bucks on a dvd player when I came across this...

    2010 Irvine New Home Collection

Few questions. 1. Are they subsidizing the HOA? Seems pretty cheap (or is this just because they are SFR's instead of the condos of Ivy?) 2. What would Mello Roos be without them subsidizing it? 3. Is the subsidizing on Mello Roos permament or just for X amount of years?

    No more free Disneyland birthdays

I'm more of a CA Adventure guy, but I did go to Dland last Friday night and stayed til close and it was still PACKED! Even at 10 30 (park closed at 11) the wait for Space Mountain was 65 minutes and Indiana Jones 55 minutes. And I don't think the promotion hurt their profits too bad. From...

    Talk Irvine Get Together

Well they dont have those things you call "backyards" in Woodbury, I heard they have those out in like Tustin and Santa Ana or in the ole' "West Irvine" I also heard there is some internet out there in Californi-way.

I have found Atlantis...it is located in Talega

Isn't this pretty much the case in Ladera? Or they have a little bit more safety since some were built earlier? Either way, my feelings on both communities is the commute would SUCK!

Home Affordable Mod Program = Short Sale

I think people that don't get a loan mod will just squat because they believe they are entitled to a loan mod. Some will give up and short sale though. Extend and pretend seems to be the popular choice in this "economic rebound"

I have a friend that bought over in PS back in late 06/early 07. His wife and him are already looking in another area where there is more young family activity such as Woodbury, Ladera, Columbus Grove, etc.

    Blockbuster...

I thought they changed their policy of no late fees. Instead, if you rent a movie and don't return it within a week after the due date they just charge you the price of the movie and you can keep it.

    ForeclosureRadar Data

I'm trying to figure out the best way to show this. It is a little difficult due to the B's and 3's staying on there 120 days while the P's and A's are on there based on when they are actually filed and active. I'm thinking the best way is to have a 120 day lag. Or just show the change every...
