It looks like the models are being prepared for sale. Does anyone have any info or pricing? The signs no longer identify each Plan. The models have great direct views of the park - that should more than make up for being on a street that's fairly busy.

Well, the sales office trailer is now gone. They're digging the area up in preparation for foundations. This is the final phase (buildout) of Camden Place.

I guess Camden Place units must be selling well, because they're breaking ground on the buildout today. The parking lot next to the sales office is now fenced-off and they're removing the asphalt and trees/shrubs.

We went with UAMC. I think the credit was $3k for us two years ago, and that made the decision easy - since the boring 30 year fixed rate they were offering was the same as the market rates at the time. UAMC's price to lock was attractive too I remember.
