GO LAKERS!  a good start for the new season.  Ingram as point seems kinda weird, when they run that small ball team.  Defense was as porous as usual, but at least they're scoring.

Uber and public transit makes it easier now to travel in big cities.  Well, except for LA :)

We usually Priceline it, Hyatt Regency comes up a lot but that's a few years ago.  It's near Embarc but still a walk.  I see a few fancier hotels in Soma (south of market), is that area better now?  If so, can't beat the W hotel.

Why not the city?  Airport area not much to see or do, unless you're visiting somebody.

We tried to eat at Snooze last weekend, did the app thing where you sign up before driving down there, was quoted an hour by the system.  We decided not to chance it and just ate at Las Fajitas.  After we ate and went home, got the text that our table is ready at Snooze.  About 1 hr and 45...
