I checked out Main St. Village last week and thought they were pretty nice. Different vibe from IAC, sort of an urban feel. I've been with IAC for 5 years and thought these were a nice change of pace.

If you like Orchard hills, try Woodbury Lane - same floor plans same upgrades but counters are granite not corian. It's about a year or two older than Orchard Hills and a little cheaper. Anacapa is the same as Woodbury Lane but a year or two older as well.

Where are these so called Eichler like homes from the 70's in Irvine? I've never seen anything like that. I've seen a few homes in the Turtle Rock area near the University that I guess look a little MCMish but nothing like an Eichler.

I suppose Irvine is diverse from an ethnicity standpoint but it is not diverse in many ways. Someone mentioned the affordability factor. That's one factor. I don't see too many artists or young people with what would be considered alternative or diverse lifestyles moving to Irvine. I think...
