Thanks for the heads up on this.  I thought those pellets were caused by my plants.  I just called up my pest control guy and they're going to come over and take care of it. I had no idea that the rat situation gets worse when the weather gets cold. I feel kind of bad calling my pest control...

I was wondering what those black pellets were all over my plants in the backyard.  Ewwww.  Guess the rats were trying to get up to my Topsy Turvey Tomato Vine.  So what's a good way to get rid of rats??

My electric bill is so awesome right now.  I blasted the AC for a whole week in September to 76 degrees ... (remember that week of 100s) and racked up 60 kW in one day and my bill was STILL lower than NEVER using the AC at all.  Imagine that!  8)

Went on Sunday, 15 minute wait just to find out it's a 2 hour wait. Anyhow, we got to try their menu.  The smallest portion sizes I'd ever seen.  The food is good but between the wait and portion sizes, it's an expensive meal.

OMG!  Thank you so much for bringing this up!  That is so true!  That underpass is a nightmare!  I know I need to make the lane change but the sudden change from SUPER SUN to UTTER DARKNESS throws me off all the time.  They need to so fix that up.  Otherwise it'll end up like my own underpass...
