    Parasol Park

Took a look at Celadon this weekend.  Loved the 4th bedroom and patio in Plan 3, but didn't like the overall floor plan.  I went with rowland instead because of the simply superior common space and smaller bedrooms. Celadon Pros: - love the 4th bedroom, would be great for renters - Patio is...

Irvine to vote on proposed interim amphitheater near Great Park

how is this a bad thing?  obviously traffic sucks, but wasn't it like that before when it was in irvine meadows? i would remember that 5-6PM on the 405S was the thing to avoid.  If anything this may be a good thing for residents, because you can just walk or cycle over to to the amphitheater...

garr PS willow or tustin scymore grove x_x

Well considering I already said PS Willow...which is the cheapest IRV has to offer...means I can't avoid anything else in Irvine lol. I was thinking about these two particular choices, but you get 10/10 for making me laugh.

garr PS willow or tustin scymore grove x_x

PS willow: + amazing layout and great use of space on 1868 sqft (i prefer smaller rooms, and more space dedicated to common areas) + schools all 10/10/10 (no plans for kids next 7 years easy) + have actual community areas to use (swimming, parks, centers, etc) + MR is defnitely paying for nice...

needs to be asked every year...what are the indications for 2017?

Yeah I'll be living with siblings - that is how I'd comfortably make rent.  Otherwise, even 20-25% on 650K puts you at almost 4K/month once you account for everything including utilities.  I'm not sure how many do that in Orange County - most people I know are married DINKS and that is how they...

needs to be asked every year...what are the indications for 2017?

so basically, you don't see irvine crashing.  It is still a bad time though because you got a great price in 2012. I definitely don't want to buy in surrounding areas, because IFy the market takes a hit, these surrounding areas will feel it more.  Actually, maybe not so much south OC, but...

needs to be asked every year...what are the indications for 2017?

I plan to live in it for at least 5-7 years.  I don't plan on selling unless prices go crazy and there is someone willing to buy over inflated properties.  I'll likely rent it out long term (again, this is 10 years into the future).  Basically, I'm going to spend my entire 30s in this place...

needs to be asked every year...what are the indications for 2017?

first time buyer; didn't have a downpayment back in the day.  Today i can do 20-25% on 650K, and came across willow in PS. as I did some research, I saw that pricing for willow has gone up quite a bit.  That led to something bigger: the huge massive increase in pricing the past few years.  I'd...
