I know I made fun of it a few weeks ago because of the bad chinese number: 104 (jusk like 104 tearose), but it's been on the market forever, and it is by far $370/sq ft lower than all the other ones in QH that seem to loom at $430-$490. Just wondering if anyone saw the house and what issues it...

The BIG problem with the VILLAGE is the noise of the Vehicles. A lot of the sh#^ heads there and their friends think they have the fastest cars in Irvine so they always try to speed down the main street revvvvvvinnnng their vehicles up or peeeellling out or going around the round-about...

I find it odd that these 2 homes with the same numbers haven't sold yet. In fact, 104 Symphony has been 287 days. Could it be....hmmmm...A lot of Chinese buy up at Quail and 104 is an unlucky number? There is influence here :-)

If you are still unsure of the area, and this is a long term thing for you, I'd rent for a little while and get to know the areas, schools, shopping and eats a little better before purchasing a home.

my opinion. I wouldn't buy in Columbus Grove because it is built on a former military base so who knows what is in the dirt below you. Look at the big hanger in the distance. Have you checked into the melaroos also?

LOL...I just noticed a bunch of new SFH going up for sale in Quail Hill... They range from the 1.2 million on up to the 2's....LOL...told ya..hasn't gone down that much... But this may be a good sign of things to come..More inventory = lower prices. Let the Turtle Rock and Quail...
