lets just be honest... it is not about race but more about money. if your neighbor is rich and well educated, it is all good, no matter what race they are. if they are poor and uneducated and cause trouble then they are bad neighbor. IMO i think it is more about money.

CK- just be glad that it is not you who is in escrow for the place. I have a hard time imagining someone is paying 700-750k and mello and hoa for a condo. I would rather buy in westpark area and get a smaller house for the same price.... maybe even cheaper.

the A&E;shows are pretty good. they would give update at the end of the show and tell you how much they make. Usually the newer shows is showing that the flipper are either breaking even after all the hard work or losing money. too bad they don't time stamp the show.
