    I dont want to knock this place cause it's crowded so people must like it for some reason. We tried their cake slices and honestly, it tasted like powdered milk, weird! Two bites was all we could handle, the rest went into the garbage.

    Yea...that's way overpriced. It's asking for more than what the plan 4 sold for? Looking at the pics, landscaping, etc probably around 50k - 80k. Plan 3 sold for 900k's in the last phase so this property should be priced under 1 mil for quick sale. What do you guys think?
