    I thought it would be a good idea to put all the positives in one place, which could also be used as a "checklist". Ill start. 1 - Not close to a Freeway 2 - At least a 6,000 SF Lot 3 - 3-Car Wide Garage (3CWG) 4 - Driveway 5 - Single Level
