Sand Canyon is not a freeway...I don't care if you're Mario Andretti driving a BMW, going 80MPH on a surface street is just too dangerous.  There are just too many pregnant Chinese ladies walking on the sidewalks and cross walks. 

If what you're saying is true, than all areas (not just the OC) will be impacted in the same way, right?  RIGHT?  right.....didn't think so.  I highly doubt OC real estate will move exactly like IE, LA County or Bakersfield real estate based solely on the actions of the Fed.

We didn't want to spend any time cleaning carpets, and we didn't have money for hardwood floors, so we chose linoleum for the stairs and up.  Not recommended for the stairs.  They are too slippery.

I can't seem to find any threads on this community, so I thought I'd start my own.  Is anybody familiar with Ellwood?  Is Richmond American any good?
