I do have the yellow letter-size Conditional Subdivision Public Report Planned Development File No. 143197LA-C00. But the section I posted was from a legal-sized white doc, as I mentioned above in reply to Yaliu's question.

This whole section is titled Disclosure Statement for Parvilion Park in the Great Park Neighborhoods. It is a 26-page doc with several sub headings. This paragraph in question is on page 17. I initialed all 25 pages and signed on the last page.
