Went to Cafe Rio Mexican Grill at Tustin for the first time yesterday. I just love the atmosphere of this place - very Tustin. The menu is great and honest.

I'd say that bad layout is No.1. There are very few dedicated crossing points between parking lot and shops. Hence the many jaywalkers. No.2, have you seen the way Asian female drivers drive and the way they do drop-offs in the middle of the road?
