    New Home Pricing benchmarks

I remember seeing this picture and thinking, how unrealistic. How often do Chinese extended families sit outside together eating muffins and fruit? When I hang out with the Chinese half of our family, lots of restaurant meals are involved, with noodles and dumplings for all, and nobody ever...

He wasn't a huge fan of the big slides, but he liked the big round jumpy thing with the bouncy pad in the center. He ran around that thing for a long time, bouncing/falling/getting up again.

To Everything There Is A Season...

I thought it was here on TI, but I could be mistaken. I remember this incident, and I remember being appalled. The number one rule of any forum is that you don't publicly post people's personal information. This especially applies to someone of ajw's status. If I'm correctly recalling the...

    Stonegate for a Chinese

I personally would not want the hassle of buying/owning/maintaining a home just to live in for a few years, when you already know you ultimately want to go back to China. And then after leaving, you'd have to deal with renting it out, finding tenants, etc...that just seems like such a bother...

    Who is excited...

I think she left him because he basically wanted a stay-at-home type wife, and she wanted to focus on her music career in LA (she was an aspiring singer). They were later on a reality show, a dating show centered on Jo trying to find the perfect man. I didn't watch it, but apparently Slade...

    Who is excited...

Slade was in the first season, engaged to Jo (one of the original Housewives). He was wealthy, or at least portrayed that way. He worked in the financial or mortgage industry and had a nice house in Coto. I remember he bought Jo a Mercedes at some point. She was much younger and very pretty, and...

    Who is excited...

I think he works for a law firm in some capacity. Supposedly his adoptive father is an attorney.

Which would you choose: Woodbridge or PS?

If I had to pick between the two, I'd pick Woodbridge. I like the location, and the lakes (although artificial) are pretty. I also tend to like older homes, rather than brand-new, and I wouldn't want to live too close to non-coastal mountains or hills. The one thing that is a deal-breaker about...

    Who is excited...

I watched it! It was so funny, listening to Tamra go on and on about whether or not Eddie would propose in Bora Bora. I think I read somewhere that the producers initially wanted Slade to propose to Gretchen on the show, but she doesn't want to get married, so they moved on to Eddie and Tamra...

To Everything There Is A Season...

That was very sad, but it got quiet before that. I think some of the founders quit (either some kind of disagreement with each other, or they just got too busy) and the forums seemed to lose momentum.
