Agreed. Unless Toll needs a new incentive to keep or attract buyers due to the changing economy. The school will not be built unless paid for by Toll.

Remember any student could opt out of the standardized testing last year without penalty to the school so some students were encouraged to test and some may have avoided it. Testing even occurred online from home. AP Tests were also virtual so these rankings may not be the most accurate.

Didn?t think about the retirement living and I definitely agree. Mixed use is usually mentioned for those in their twenties, but I could see value for 70s+. Could be a similar opportunity in the Woodbridge Village Center with its close proximity to senior living.

The next California legislative session begins in December 2022 where re-elected or newly elected officials will have an opportunity to introduce their bills. Vote according to your view, but know the delay is election related.
