We'll have to wait and see.  People had similar comments when Apple introduced the IPad. Once the watch is out and people start using it, it might catch on. 

All those things, plus we've beaten existing RE topics to death.

#1: Ooma is the best.  I've had it for years and it handles all the telemarketer calls i get on my landline with ease for $4/mo. #2: I take the simple approach that Iho suggested, plug in the base, have handset units throughout the house. Do it and you wont regret it.

My pricing on amortizing 5/1 and 7/1 are identical (3.125%). Now, I'm considering an Interest Only, which will bump the rate to 3.375%, but give me added flexibility. I know TI is 5/1 Land, but anyone have any strong pro/con feelings on IOs?

I do quarterly and find the total absence of ants worth it. But if i can get the same results, maybe I'll try to save a few dollars and do annual.
