Do they also install it or only sell the stones?

I am looking to have a wall done in stone.  I've seen some nice work done usually near the firewall or foyer areas.  Has anyone have a recommendation on someone they have used?

We always found good deals at Sears Outlet.  Sometimes you can find near perfect appliances at a fraction of the original cost. Avoid GE and recommend the Samsung and LG for reliability for fridges.

If you do t rally care about brand, OC Mattress had their own brand.  They have showrooms where you can try them.  I recommend the latex tops.

I have 96" arch opening so haven't found a lot of companies willing to go that large.  I don't know why they don't put doors in the master bathroom on the new builds.  Anyone have a company they can recommend that builds and installs barn doors?

So compost doesn't have any fertilizer? The nursery told us mix "compost" with soil for the shrub.  Not sure why you need compost if your soil is already nice and soft.  Lowes sells "garden soil" which has fertilizer, which I would think it better to plant for the tree, in the beginning stages...

The only way was that there was someone higher than you on the priority list also from phase 1, that was called before you and ended up purchasing the last phases. You can't compare the earlier phase homes to the $1.9m model home prices due to all the upgrades and landscape.  Last comps right...

Just like why would anyone buy a La Vita plan 4 model home at $3.5m when you can buy Trevi which is a much bigger home, on a higher elevation, with way better views for $3m.

It is Aliso but builder won't cover after one year.  What kind of warranty is that if they won't cover the part unless you use them?

That one at $1.288m is because it feels so cramped with the 14 foot wall behind it and surrounded by homes on both sides.  The community is almost done with the model homes releasing soon.
